Unable to login with a Meta account on the Meta Quest Link, getting a 404 error message

When I click "Log into a Meta Account," the browser pops up with a 404 error, and the URL is as follows: https://auth.meta.com/native_sso/confirm?native_app_id=512466987071624&source_app_id=512466987071624.... After troubleshooting, I found that the reason for this issue is that the value of native_sso_etoken in the URL is empty. No matter whether I try software repair, reinstallation, or even a fresh installation of Quest Link on another computer within the same network environment, this problem persists. I don't know what is causing this issue. Could you provide a solution or explain the reason behind this problem? Thank you.

  • Has the device ever worked before?
  • When did you first notice this behavior?
  • Did any of the devices (phone, headset, PC) receive any updates?
  • Does the headset work when not connected to a PC?
  • Are you connecting your USB cable to a USB 3 port?
  • ​How many other USB devices do you have connected to your PC?
