I havent used my Q2 for around a year and when i started it up it asked me for a code, which i did imput. but i still couldnt use it.
i thought a factory reset would help, which it didnt. now when i login i cant see any of my past games that i had on my account. before i reset i would see the games but wouldnt click on them.
can you please help as i had a lot of games on my account.
when i search for my username on the app you can see my account but i cant access it.
