Unable to make in-app purchases - Quest 3
l could buy games but one day after getting it, I couldn't buy games, I still cant.
l've been unable to complete any in-app purchases.
promo code also not working

I have the same issue but from the beginning of using Quest 3. 7 days have passed and still no solution from Meta support.

What kind of phone do you have. I just bought an iPhone 15. I wonder if it’s a glitch in the phone. I had no problems purchasing before I changed phones

Yup, 300.00 just sitting there. My wife was able to gift me a pack of chips but I still can’t purchase and I still haven’t back from anyone

Hi to all pissed off Quest 3 users.
I have found a way to work around the problem but I coudn't solve it. Forget about buying a gift card on Amazon. I dit it and now I cannot use my money. I tried restoring goggles to factory settings, I deleted and added credit cards to my account using app on my samsung note 20 and by pc. Nothing works.
I have created another Meta Quest account. I added this new account to the Quest 3. I added the same credit card to the new account and, finally I could buy an application I wanted. Now I have 2 accounts on my goggles.

Yeah, looks like some people have success with that. I tried it and didn't work for me sadly enough with a different error message. Currently on Day 8, (6 business days later) with no resolution. Truly sad.
