Unable to make purchases or add a payment method

Hi,

I'm having really weird experience with Meta shop lately. I have made two purchases. While the second order was on the way I got refund for both purchases then the shipment of this second one was ordered to be returned to the sender.

I'm trying to get some input from auto-customer-service on that matter but AI responder doesn't generate any valuable output 😞 

Everything was working like three days ago, now when I'm trying to make app purchase I'm getting this information:
"We've noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn't be completed. Please try again later, or visit our Help Centre."

I've noticed that my paypal account has disappeared. I can not use the card that was working before and is still working in other shops. I can not add paypal account nor credit card. Any time I try I get errors.

Does anyone know what may be happening? It looks really dangerous especially that this is related to payments, credit cards etc. Can it be security breach?

Any light on how to react, what to do or whom should I contact to would be highly appreciated.

Hey there, @tomekszz! We definitely don't want you missing out on adding some amazing VR content to your collection, so we wanted to pop in to share some troubleshooting steps to help! When you get a chance, please try out the following steps then get back to us with your results:

  • Try adding your payment method from the Meta Quest mobile app or by logging into our website here,
  • Try making this purchase from our website in a different browser (i.e. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.)
  • Try another network connection type or location. (another Wi-Fi network, or cellular data connection on phones, if available).
  • Hard Reboot the headset by holding down the power button and volume down button (-) for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound. If you don't hear the boot-up sound, go ahead and enter the USB Update Mode and select "Boot Device."
  • Try another device.
  • Try another payment method.

Thanks for suggestions.
I already checked all the above.
Nothing helps. The same errors when I try to add new payment method and the same error when I try tu use old card.

blooming meta they do and update and boom now the payments don't work tried for a couple of hours with all my cards same on all
