Unable to pair Meta Quest 3 with mobile app

I can see the page in Meta Quest 3 screen that it is asking to continue the setup in Meta quest app in mobile.

When I open app in mobile, it is asking me to enter code to pair, But the code is not displayed in headset. 

HOW CAN I GET THE CODE IN HEADSET TO PAIR WITH MOBILE. MANY TIME I RESTARTED MY HEADSET TO SEE THE CODE BUT EVERY TIME I CAN SEE SAME SCREEN WHERE IT IS ASKING FOR CONTINUE THE SETUP IN META QUEST APP IN MOBILE.

PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARS.

Hey @Vihaan292012. Your pairing issue with our headset could be happening for a few reasons. We have a few options we'd like to suggest to resolve things for you. For starters, please refer to the link here for steps on pairing to be sure we're performing the steps correctly. As far as recommendations outside of the actual steps for pairing:

 

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the Meta Quest mobile app.
  2. Login back into your Meta account and try pairing again.
  3. Make sure all connection settings are on and paired correctly. Also, make sure the device you are trying to pair with is not connected to another source and is on the same Wi-Fi network your headset is connected to.

Let's see if these offer a fix to the problem first before moving on to other options. We know this issue can raise concerns for you, so if these steps and suggestions don't work, let us know so we can explore some alternatives. Looking forward to your response.
