Unable to pair Quest 2 with Meta App

I have tried everything Meta support has suggested.  I even tried pairing with another phone and an Ipad to make sure is wasn’t my phone that was causing the problem.

I haven’t been able to use my Meta Quest 2 for over a week and it is extremely frustrating.  

It all started after I broke a controller and tried to pair the new one.  I noticed that many people are having issues with the app and Meta needs to fix this.  

Meta support has gone quiet on me so I guess I’m out of luck and money because my Meta Quest is now garbage.

I mailed my headset as requested and am awaiting another headset. I will see if it works.
