I am having great difficulty pairing my quest 3 headsets to my bhaptics tactot3 vests. My headsets are brand new and updated on power up this week. The vests have latest firmware. When I try and paid using quest settings , connect Bluetooth I only got 2 of 5 to pair, when it fails, it connects for 2 seconds and disconnects, I've tried forgetting and re pairing many times
We understand that it can be frustrating sometimes in trying to troubleshoot linking multiple different accessories together, and we want everyone in our community to live the best VR experience possible!
Unfortunately, we at the Meta Support Team can only provide limited support with third-party accessories, and advise you to reach out to bHaptics who will be able to assist you further.
Although, we have found that a common fix can be launching the game itself to stabilize the pairing issue!
Applications such as Onward have native support in place for bHaptics accessories, and will reestablish the connection once they are launched.
