Unable to pair, stuck on code page

Unable to pair after a factory data reset.

Same wifi network,

Stuck on the code page, not able to move from that.

Any idea?

Not working I already do that with your online help desk, I send it back to get a new one.

i got the same problem. dit a factory reset. the app doesnt recocnize the headset en if i want to pair with the code it cannot find it. cant use the headset nog.

If i connect the headset with the pc, is able to find it, but still stuck on code page. I tried with iphone, android, nothing change..,,,searching for the headset, put the code, nothing happen....

got the same. PC finds it but still the screen

Howdy @LeoFURY and @Dennis.beekman.1, we noticed both of you are experiencing the same issue with the pairing code. we know being unable to access your headset can be inconvenient, and we understand being able to to play all of your hard earned games is very important. We to do all that we can to help you out with this pesky problem!

 

Can you both try to factory reset again? In the meantime, please review the following:

  • If using a dual-band router, also make sure they are connected to only the 5 GHz band (ax or ac).
  • Clear the Bluetooth cache on the phones.
  • Uninstall the mobile app.
  • Turn off, then turn on the Bluetooth again.
  • Restart your phones.
  • Reinstall the mobile app.
  • Try again.

 

If the code is 8 characters long, please enter the code from the headset here

I have the same issue but the thing is I had an issue on my oculus so I factory reseted. but the oculus is still connected to that account i guess? cause I cant connect it to my other account it just says unable to pair. I have it on bluetooth and the same wifi. I contacted support 2 times and they said the only way to fix this is to buy a new headset which I can't. I need help
