Unable to purchase any apps (and change or remove payment card details)

Any suggestions, any app I try to purchase fails and says

‘Feature Unavailable’  your request could not be completed. This feature is currently not available to you. Please try again later.’

Hey @haribo.tay, we know you're eager to explore the many VR apps, and we definitely want you to have a great experience. Since we've noticed you have concerns about both payment method changes and app purchases, let's start with the first! To troubleshoot adding a payment method, we'd like for you to try the following: 

 

  • If not successful adding payment method via Meta Quest App, try adding payment method through the Meta account website (If not successful, try using a different browser)
  • Try adding payment method from another device completely (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) 
  • Try adding payment method from within virtual reality by using the headset 
  • Try adding payment method while connected to a different network (Another Wi-Fi network or cellular connection on a phone, If available)

Thanks - I logged out from all devices and logged back in again via the app and it now has accepted payment for a new purchase.
