When I ordered my meta quest 3 I also paid for a 1 year subscription for Supernatural. I received a confirmation email and it said after I finished setting up my device all I had to do was click "redeem now" for my Supernatural subscription. That option was never available for me to click, the only options I have are to purchase the 1 year, 1 month or get the free trial. I've chatted with support twice for about 2 hours with no help. I have a very large email chain with support that is also no help. I've sent copies of my proof of purchase and screen shot of not being able to redeem my subscription that I've already paid for. I'm not getting any help whatsoever and it's been multiple days. Any suggestions before I decide to just return the whole device?
I'm having the same trouble. I paid for the meta quest 3 bundle with two year warranty and two year meta quest Plus. I've been waiting 40 days and I still cannot activate the 2-year prepaid meta quest subscription
I saw there’s a lot of people on here having identical issues for months now. I’m pretty sure the response emails I get are generic and the same thing they’re sending to everyone else. I don’t understand how this company is getting away with stealing from all of us consumers? Class action lawsuit might be the only thing to hold them responsible
No, I used PayPal. I currently have a complaint filed with them
