When I click the gift button I am prompt to put in a user's name or email. When I put in an email it just spends nothing comes up.

Hey there, @Domeoc. Thank you for reaching out, we noticed you're having some trouble sending out gifts and wanted to offer some assistance!
Based on your descriptions it seems like the system is having difficulty finding the user you are looking for, make sure that you're spelling the Username or email accurately and that the game or app is available in the store and not already owned by the person you are gifting to.
If you're still having trouble let us know along with what game or app you are attempting to gift!
