Unable to send any app referrals

Can anyone help me please?

I've upgraded to a quest 3 and gave my quest 2 to my partner, my partner has factory reset the Q2 and set up a new account to play - with no issues , however now it won't let me send any app referrals whatsoever to anyone anymore on my app, I've looked on my friends and partners app and on the referrals page it has new quest and app referral yet mine only shows new quest referral . 

I can't seem to get any contact with a real person through customer service and there doesn't seem to be a UK phone number any help is greatly appreciated

I'm having a similar issue. The new app doesn't give me the option to send a game referral anymore. On the Referrals page there should be an "Apps" header to select but it's not there. Also, I used to be able to send a referral from my Library but that's not an option either anymore.

Thanks for the reply I've tried the via the app and via headset and only have the option of sending a new account referral the app/game referrals tab That's usually on the right of device referrals has disappeared , I've tried all ways mentioned on help and support page and also going through profile then the library and choosing the app to share but only get a share or flag option no referral option

As your previous device (Meta Quest 2) was previously linked to an account, a new referral cannot be made on this device. Referrals are only available to newly purchased devices, not refurbished or previously activated devices. Please see Meta Quest – Referral program for more information on this.

 

For app referrals, please visit App referrals on Meta Quest and confirm you have followed the correct procedure.
