My sons profile will not allow him to accept or get meta cash. He plays the Yeeps game but when he attempts to make a purchase it only let's him request....as the parent I get a notification to accept or decline, when accepting he never gets the purchase. Now he has a meta horizon gift card which I have added the funds in my profile wallet, but it gives me an error when trying to send my son the money. I have no clue how to get this resolved. Please help.
