We just got a device for my son and I created my meta account and then a child account for 10-12. I go to horizon app and see my profile and try to add his profile which is listed but we keep getting error-failed to add profile. Try again later. Very frustrating as we are following instructions in the email after setting up his account but nothing works. Please help
I did the factory reset but before I logged on to the device I set up my account and child account again. Then I added the child’s profile to the device first and it worked. I then added my profile.
That did work for me except that now I can’t share my horizon plus games with him because I’m not the device owner, he is. This is super frustrating and I’m gonna have a pissed off kid when I have to return this thing because I can’t use parental settings.
