I've captured photo in headset and synced to app on phone. Then in app I can see it and click to share. There is a bunch of places to share to; I select the WhatsApp group I want but it fails with "The file format is not supported". I then tried sharing to Google Drive but that just failed to download. I can't see option in Meta app to just download to phone. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the response. The article described what I had already done. The issue wasn't syncing from headset to phone app, but rather sharing from there to somewhere (like a WhatsApp group). However, I tried again and it works fine now. Weird. (But content)
