Unable to sign into my account Made Alt to make forum for help

I Did have my phone for authenticating two-factor But I've lost it and unable to get back into my account.. and pair my controllers..

Hope this will get through, I can get the help I need.

Would be better If There was Live chat Support..
Don't have my serial # saved cause it's on my Main Account I Can't Access with out turning off my Two-Factor.. and I cant do that with out my phone That I have lost.. and my facebook acc was deleted so cant login from there.
Hope I can get help.. cause I have little options to having a non functional quest.. 

I Just want to disable my Two-Factor from my lost Phone, Use it on my Email if that helps for the current time.. so I can Re-Pair my Controllers to actually use my quest and figure why it wont Update..
