My specs: Windows 10, 256gb Quest 2, USB-A to USB-C cable to my PC, file size ranges from 8GB-20GB
I have over 70GB available in my Quest 2 but I'm unable to transfer large MP4 video files (all of which are >9GB) to it. I have developer mode enabled with USB debugging activated and I can't directly transfer the files over on my PC nor with Sidequest. The transfer reaches 100% but the file does not appear in my Oculus with both methods.
Several people have posted about this issue on Reddit very recently as well, some of them noted that a factory reset did not fix the issue so I have not and will not try that.

Don't bother doing all that. They told me the same thing. I followed all the steps they told me to and after all that it didn't even work. They're acting like the problem is on our end and it's not. This is something they're going to have to fix on their end and they're seemingly not wanting to even bother looking into it.

I have the same issue as you , not able to transfer large video files more than 4 GB to Quest2.
😞😞😞

I have no problems uploading large videos to my Quest 2, either with Windows 10 or Sidequest.
I have the Meta/Oculus Link cable. I just uploaded a 60GB VR video.
Have you disabled USB Selective Suspend in advanced Power Options? Have you tried increasing the Auto Sleep Time on the headset?

Is anyone else still having problems with this? I still cannot transfer more than a couple files before it won't allow me to transfer any more and I still have 150GB free.

I've copied over 1200 small video files in one session. The only glitch I run across is if files are already on the headset (duplicates). If you check the Windows option to "do this with xxx conflicts" the copying will quit after one file. You have to tell Windows what to do for each and every conflict. Or just delete all the files on the headset before copying.

I'm just trying to copy one file at a time. It let's me copy sometimes one, sometimes two files but that's it. Nothing else will copy over despite still having over 150GB free.

There is no option in the list of options in the meta store support we must choose from for not being able to transfer files from the computer to the headset. What are we supposed to choose? There are no available options even close to this problem. Why is there no "other" option?

I report this issue twice a day, once from the headset and once from the app. It's been over a month and there's still no sign this problem is even being looked into. Is meta going to do anything about this or not? There's still a lot of people having this same problem.

This worked for me as well (removing the extension, moving the file, adding the extension back). Not a fix, but a temporary workaround.
