Hi all,
I recently had a previous conversation with Meta support regarding a different issue I had with not being able to access my old games under my Oculus account. That discussion was closed after I had received store credit to refund my games as my account could not be migrated which was all good, but after trying to purchase games I experienced another error. I also attempted to send an email to the automated response informing me that my request has been solved as it stated to reply if I needed further assistance but have not heard back in the three days since so I'm posting this here.

Hey there, @xjknoxyys! We certainly want to ensure you are able to use the credits to continue expanding the VR library. If the purchase is not able to be completed through the app or headset, we would also recommend attempting to make the purchase through the website. Prior to attempting the purchase, we would recommend going through the steps below:
