So basically I’m trying to get my mums account verified in order to get in reach of support since I’m not 18 years of age yet,but she paid and sent in the passport for verfixation I’ve sent it in almost 4 times but it keeps saying sorry we couldn’t confirm identity with this id etc. I don’t know if it’s because of the passport or something’s wrong. Please reply this if you have any idea in order for me to solve this quickly.
