I purchased a Quest 2 without incident. 2 weeks later, another Quest 2 was billed to my bank account and sent to my house. I refused the package and sent it back. I have yet to receive my $299us that was stolen from my account. My kid and I both rely on that money to eat. PLEASE give me back my money. I already gave you your device back. Thanks.

Contact your bank. Posting on forum isn't connected to sales or tech support.
Also refusing a package isn't a guarantee to get money back.
