I had an unauthorized charge on my bank account for $8.51. I haven’t played my meta for over a year. How do I get my money back that was taken today without my permission?

This happened to me today for $529.99 and I didn’t even have an account on here! I just have Facebook and none of my credit cards are attached to my account! Can’t even send Meta a message because it keeps saying the link is broken 😡 I had to call my cc company and freeze my card. Absolutely ridiculous!!

When I click on your profile there is no option anywhere for me to send you a message. It just displays all your badges

You should be able to see a send a message button under the badges.
If that doesn't show you can try to refresh your browser or try a different browser.

Can you try to contact with the community manager?
And may i know about the unorganized transection what type of mail you receive after the transaction?
I'm sure if it will be a unorganized or something else transection then you can get your money back and you should contact with the community manager as soon as possible and from the community manager if you don't get any solution then please try to contact with the Facebook advertising team/meta pro team and I'm sure they can be help you...
