Unauthorized credit card charge from Meta Store

My credit card was charged by "Meta Store Facebkprtl US" for $499.99 even though I didn't make any purchases and my card is not even linked to my account.

Can I get some help from the platform regarding that?

You should send a PM @MetaQuestSupport 

To visit the profile page, click on their name, then click on "Send a message" button.

They are able to clarify that.
