Uncomfortable feeling in the one eye recently mq3

Good day, everyone!

Just at very last week after 5 months in use of quest 3 I've got uncomfortable feeling in one eye, When I flip headset upside down exactly the same feeling appears on the other eye!

Maybe somebody here can explain what's that. FYI my lenses are not in good condition, anti-flicker covering is scuffed, but kinda the same on the both sides. I believed this happened suddenly between two sessions.
Maybe I've dropped device or something that cause deformation in it structure.

The image is still clear and I can't see doubled borders for AR app windows myself. It's just about this uncomfortable feeling that makes usage less enjoyable for me (which was perfect tho)
