Hi all, I have had my quest 3 for a while now, and ever since receiving my headset, i have not ever been able to pull up the universal menu. I have reset the headset, sideloaded an update through Meta's Update Tool, the whole nine yards to no avail. When I try to enter my serial number, it says it does not exist. I am trying to figure out where in the Quest 3's files does the universal menu sit? What is the .apk file it needs to run so I can install it and get the menu? I have been using voice commands to navigate my Quest 3 menu, whenever all windows close it automatically launches the store. Is there a system file I can download to my headset or a special update I can receive/push to my headset? Thanks in advance.
