Universal Menu not showing - Need help Flashing Older Version Firmware

I’m having an issue with my Quest 3 (you can see it here: [https://www.youtube.com/shorts/0UCPzXPZxtk?si=X7ka67Lv3xPIQ1Yl]). Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

1. Factory reset – Didn’t work.
2. Updated to v72 using the official guide (https://www.meta.com/help/quest/software_update/) – Didn’t fix the issue, but now the little square menu doesn’t show up at all.
3. Updated to v74 via the public beta channel – Made it worse! Now the store won’t open, and there’s a constant "selection sound" playing.
4. Rolled back to v72 – Still having the same issues as before.

What I really need is help flashing an older firmware version (something before v72). This seems like the usual fix for problems like mine, but I can’t find much info on the Quest 3. I did find a few threads saying you aren’t allowed to roll back updates, which makes it even worse.

The lack of info or official resources is frustrating. I really don’t want to resort to downloading from sketchy sites like [https://cocaine.trade/Quest_3_firmware].
