When I turn On VR ocullus 3 all it ask is set up a boundry and then i cant launch universal menu by touching the meta button. I have to launch it from mobile app.

Hey @errfon! We understand how much easier it makes your experience when you're able to access your universal menu quickly using your controller. We suggest logging out of your mobile app and logging back in. After you complete that step, go ahead and restart your Quest 3, then give it another try. Let us know if this helps!

I found this method on forum and I tried it but it didn't work. Plus when I launch a game from app and within the game when i press meta button the menu shows up

We appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting! Now that you've logged in and out of your mobile app and restarted your headset with no success, we recommend troubleshooting your controller next. To do so, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Clean your controller (Compressed air can be used to remove any debris inside the controller
  2. Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect button movement or controller detection. (For example, controller covers, attachments, etc.) 
  3. Remove battery from the controller for 30 seconds. Try new batteries
  4. Unpair and pair the controller to the headset
