Unknown instagram linked and disabled Facebook page

Hi There,

I have an elderly friend that’s not tech savvy that has had her Facebook account disabled for a linked instagram account that isn’t hers violating rules. The hackers instagram account is hoangngockhue56406

lots of precious memories on Facebook, please can someone help her get her account back.

Hello 😊 thank you for following up but we are at wits end with no luck getting her account back and no way to get help.

I think Jo is feeling very disappointed because there so many memories on that account. It must be so stressful to have absolutely no control or help.

Hello Meta, there are thousands of users in the same situation, without being able to solve it, or contact anyone!!! Please help us, they will open a channel, a different way of automatic solution, or whatever to get my old Facebook back.

I also received an email with a money extortion request that I attached for evaluation.
The account it is associated with is traceystewart713; it was never mine, I have no access, nor a way to delete content, nor does it let me from my official Instagram, I don't understand how it is possible that I have been hacked, please I need help to solve the problem, if you can delete that account (traceystewart713; gabrielleremi19528@gmx.live) and restore my personal Facebook.

Hi meta my fb account has been permanently disabled because it was linked to my instagram and don’t fall in line with community guide lines 

my instagram had been hacked and I hardly ever use instagram and never had this problem before it’s because it’s been hacked they just of done something 

now I’ve lost my Facebook with all my stuff in it it’s quite ridiculous to be honest I’m pretty upset about really want my Facebook account back because this wasn’t my fault
