Meta Quest 3 was both one of the most exciting and then the most disappointing purchases I have ever made. Shortly after purchasing in October 2023 I had to return the right handset as it was not working correctly. It was replaced and the set worked fine until summer 2024 when neither controls worked and I sent an email explaining the issue early in September. Since then there has been a lot of back and forth with me supplying information, resetting the device, etc. and meta saying Thanks for reaching out - but no further action. In the year that I have owned this device it has been unusable for half of it. I find that appalling service and responsibility and a huge waste of money
