Update Account with Parental Controls

Our grandson is 10 and loves the VR, we set his account up in good faith. However now know that he should have a parental account supervising this. How do I convert his account without losing the games he has downloaded? Many thanks

Hey there, thanks for posting,

If you download the family center app you will be able to set up parental supervision for your grandchild's account.

I have provided two links below which should be helpful to further clarify anything you may experience in the process.

Thank you, however if I log onto the App with my email address I just get the message that 'You are under 13' if I log on with a new email address then I can't add the original account as it already exists

I have already made 2 payments via debit card but nothing seems to resolve this issue
