Trying to update my child's DOB and the page states' There is a limit to how many times you can change your Birthday. Please contact us to request a birthday change'. I have contacted Meta support and been advised that they can't change the date (seems strange to tell a customer to request a birthday change if they cant do this).
Anyone got any ideas - seems like this issue has been around for a while? I am stuck and can't seem do anything without a Meta Administrator either making a change or unlocking the account (for me to update).
