So an update to our Oculus quest 2 caused it to boot loop, so I reset it to factory settings logged into our account only to discover that our purchases were gone!
It turns out that I had a META account that wasn't connected to my Facebook account correctly. (which contained all the purchases)
So I deleted the 2nd META account but accidentally deleted the account containing all the purchases!
Both are scheduled for deletion and I can't seem to trigger a cancellation for those deletion requests. We've spent a lot of money on purchases, please help.
