Updated my quest 3 to V69 and now wont turn on with white light on in front

So i updated my quest 3 today about 2 hours ago and since it restarted its not been able to turn on, i see a white light at the front of the quest but no image through lenses,i tried holding power button, nothing happens,  i tried hard reset, nothing happens, i tried just leaving it just incase, nothing happens.

Anyone know how to fix this...?

We definitely don't want you to miss out on the VR experience.

 

Before we can assist you with the troubleshooting steps, we'd like to know if:

  • this has ever occurred prior to the update
  • the device has ever been exposed to sun or any strong source of light

In the meantime, we'd like you to confirm that you've tried:

  • Removing any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.)
  • Hard Rebooting the headset
  • Factory Resetting the device

Hi again!

 

If you're talking about the LED status, which is reflecting white, we'd like to know the status of LED whether its blinking/flashing or solid white. Don't forget to send us a private message. See you there!

We'll definitely check that issue for you.

 

Before that, we'd like to know if:

  • it is reflecting any errors or any other information on the display, or just a blank screen
  • this has occurred immediately following any updates. If so, we'd like you to specify upon what update the issue has occurred. Further, we'd like to know if this has ever occurred prior to the update.
  • the device has ever been exposed to sun or any strong source of light


In the meantime, we'd like you to perform the below:

  • Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.)
  • Hard Reboot the headset. For this,
  1. Hold down the power and volume down buttons for at least 10 seconds, or until boot screen loads on the headset.
  2. Use volume buttons to scroll to Boot device and select it using the power button.
  • If a hard reboot does not fix your issue, perform a Factory Reset.

its a solid white light, and cannot do any of the troubleshooting none of it works aka below

    i get nothing it headset what so every via lenses

Hi! I did have a battery head strap attached yes.

The hard reset did the trick, thank you very much!
