Urgent Appeal –Facebook Account Disabled After Hacking Incident

On Sunday, May 11, 2025, at 1:42 AM (GMT+07), a hacker from near Từ Sơn, Vietnam hacked into my Facebook account, changed my email address, and accessed my Instagram account. From there, they removed my Facebook account from the Account Center.

When I tried to recover my account, I was informed that it had been disabled for violating Instagram’s rules. However, I did not commit any such violation—the hacker is the one who took these actions. Now I want to recover my original account.

When I try to appeal, I’m asked to do it through Instagram. But the hacker had already linked their own Instagram to my Facebook account, which is now also disabled.

In this situation, how can I recover my account? And how can I directly contact Meta for help?

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
