Dear Meta ,
My Facebook account has been wrongfully suspended with the message:
“Your Facebook account was suspended because your Instagram account bqpbkpldmhfknwo doesn't follow our rules.”
I want to make it absolutely clear that I have no connection whatsoever to the mentioned Instagram account (bqpbkpldmhfknwo).
I did not create it, I never linked it to my Facebook profile, and I have no access or control over it.
I have already exhausted all available forms and support links provided by Meta, multiple times. Unfortunately, I have received only automated responses, and have not been able to reach a live support agent.
Additionally, I have reason to believe this may be the result of an SS7 attack (unauthorized access via mobile network vulnerability), which would indicate a serious security lapse on the part of both my mobile provider and Meta’s account linking system.
I am reaching out respectfully, hoping this situation will be properly reviewed by a real human agent, so we can resolve this before I’m forced to explore legal consequences due to mishandling of my personal data and denial of access to appeal.
I am the rightful owner of the Facebook account in question, and I’m willing to provide identification or any further information necessary to verify this.
Please investigate the case thoroughly and assist in removing the falsely linked Instagram account. I respectfully ask that this case be escalated to a human representative.

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
