Subject: Urgent Appeal for Hacked Instagram Account Recovery
Dear Instagram Support Team,
I am writing to formally request assistance in recovering my Instagram account, @ marinachoudhury, which has been hacked. Despite following all the recommended recovery methods provided by Instagram, I have been unable to regain access.
On December 15th 2024, I noticed unauthorized activities on my account, including changes made to my email, telephone number and password. I immediately attempted to secure my account by resetting my password and following Instagram’s account recovery steps. Unfortunately, the hacker seems to have changed my account information, preventing me from regaining access.
I have submitted multiple recovery requests via the official help center, but I have not received a resolution. I am willing to provide any necessary verification details, including proof of identity, previous login credentials, or any other required information to confirm my ownership of the account.
This account is important to me, as it contains personal data and valuable memories. I kindly request your urgent intervention to restore my access and secure my account from further unauthorized use.
Please let me know how I can proceed further. I deeply appreciate your assistance and look forward to your prompt response.
Hi, we’re sorry to hear that your Instagram account was hacked, however as community managers we aren’t able to assist you with this directly. We can help with Meta Quest related issues but unfortunately we lack the ability to assist with Instagram account issues.
