I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding my Meta Quest 3 virtual reality headset, which seems to be stuck in a continuous loop.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including restarting the device, factory reset, I have been unable to break the loop .
I purchased my Meta Quest 3 from Target in Miami, however, I am currently residing in Chile. Unfortunately, I am unable to travel back to Miami to return the device directly to the store. Given these circumstances, I am reaching out to you for guidance on how to proceed.
