Urgent Complaint – Meta Quest 2 Display Issue and Unresponsive Controls

Dear Meta Support Team,

I am writing to formally report an issue with my Meta Quest 2 headset, which has rendered it unusable despite multiple troubleshooting attempts.

Issue Description:

  • The headset powers on, but the actual screen does not display any interface or content.
  • A white dot appears on a white background and remains static, regardless of any joystick or button input.
  • Both left and right controllers are connected and recognized by the Meta Quest app, but they continuously vibrate without any input.
  • I performed a factory reset and installed the latest software updates, yet the issue persists.

Given that I have exhausted all recommended troubleshooting steps, I request immediate assistance in resolving this issue. Please advise on the next steps, whether it require a replacement, repair, or further diagnostic guidance.
