Urgent: Facebook Suspension Preventing Access to Quest Account

Two weeks ago, I tried logging into my Quest account, but it asked me to reauthenticate. When I attempted to connect using my Facebook account linked to my email REDACTED, I received a message stating that my Facebook account was suspended. The reason given was that an unknown Instagram account, which I have no affiliation with, violated platform rules.

I am desperate because the system requires me to appeal through that Instagram account, which I do not own or have access to. Additionally, I cannot reach a human representative for assistance.

Since my Quest account is linked to Facebook, I am completely locked out of my headset. As I am unable to access Facebook, I also cannot submit an appeal or take any corrective action.

Please help me resolve this issue or provide an alternative way to recover access to my Quest account. I would greatly appreciate any guidance.
