I am writing to seek your urgent assistance regarding my Facebook account and page. My account, associated with the email [your email address], has been compromised and subsequently blocked, leading to the loss of access to my page, "Bilgelik Kutusu," which had approximately 11,800 followers.
What Happened:
I clicked on a link I believed was to fix an issue with my Facebook page. The link requested my password, and after entering it, my account was compromised.
The attackers appear to have made changes to the account and attempted to run ads. I started receiving email notifications about violations related to the ads, and shortly after, my account was blocked.
I have already attempted recovery by submitting my ID and completing the face verification process, but I have not received any updates.
Why This is Urgent:
The "Bilgelik Kutusu" page is crucial for my work as I post quiz and trivia videos regularly, engaging with a large audience. Losing access to the page is causing significant disruption to my activities and audience engagement.
Request:
Please help me recover access to my account and the page.
