Urgent: Unauthorized Access to My Instagram Account

Dear Meta Support Team,

I am reaching out to report unauthorized access to my Instagram account and to request immediate assistance. My Instagram username is ja.m.al1_.79_, and I have noticed that an unknown email address (thugs7.2@outlook.com) is logged into my account.

Unfortunately, the hacker enabled two-factor authentication, preventing me from removing this unauthorized login. Additionally, a Meta Horizon account is still linked to my Instagram, and I am unable to revoke its access.

I kindly request your help in:

1. Removing the unauthorized email (thugs7.2@outlook.com) from my account.
2. Disabling the hacker’s two-factor authentication, so I can regain full control.
3. Ensuring that my account is secured, and no unauthorized access remains.

I can provide any necessary verification details to prove my identity. Please assist me as soon as possible, as my account security is at risk.

We’re sorry to hear that your Instagram account was hacked, however as community managers we aren’t able to assist you with this directly.

We can help with Meta Quest related issues but unfortunately we lack the ability to assist with Instagram account issues.
