Ive send Meta my Quest for exchange (RMA), after the v74 destroyed it 😕 The device arrived Meta in Prague on 6 of May an i asked serveral times for the trackingcode, and some other things, but they didnt answer my questions. The offer me useless bonus, which i cant use without Quest. u c!?
Every time, another guy writes me an complete useless mail, without answering any of my questions and dont tell me the trackingcode. They also never has told me, that the device is already sent!
This ist complete useless! And after Meta destroyed my Quest with v74, i converted from Poweruser, to Zero-User. What now? Where is my device!!! Or just give me my money back. Ridicoulus...
Mine also bricked with v74, they won't even bother servicing mine because the warranty is up. The only life I can get out of the headset is EDL mode and that's it, it's ridiculous. Like what's the point of EDL if they'll just tell me to f**k off and pay $450 instead of reprovisioning it?
