Dear community,
It's been a while since I've used my Oculus Rift S but today was the day I decided to blow the dust of this thing and plug it back in. All the lights of the device are active but ofcourse I need to Oculus / Meta client for it to properly work.
When I get to the login part of my oculus software it says the username and password are incorrect. When I ask to reset the password I follow the steps exactly as the Meta guidelines say. After I go to all the trouble I start login in with my new acount information but I get the same message again ; Username or password incorrect"
I think the problem started when Meta took over the Oculus support so there might be two accounts or pairing problems with accounts. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
