V62 Can't change app/game categories after update

Hi there, updated to V62 and now I can only choose Installed games in the drop down. I can't choose all games I own including A to Z, a list of Games I haven't installed yet and the button to sort games by type can't be clicked on.

This has only started happening since V62. Have also had instances where I click on games I have installed and nothing happens.

This is not a general problem of v62.
I'm also on that version with Quest 2 and 3, but can still chose between all options.
Maybe you have to do a factory reset....you should talk to support.

Hey hey @ZotzWylde, I definitely agree with @Choleni here! So far, this doesn't seem to be an issue with v62 overall. However, if you're unable to select categories and options in the drop down, I want to make sure we get that figured out! If we can't get it fixed here with some troubleshooting, sending a PM to @MetaQuestSupport is going to be your best bet to get a closer look at what's not working quite right.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own yet? I'd say at least a reboot is worth trying right off the bat.

If you still can't see or select the options correctly, could you drop a screenshot of what you do see when trying to filter your apps like this?

Make sure you smash that Kudos button!
