First issue I noticed was on boot up sometimes the controller would point ok but wouldn't allow me to click when selecting account, a restart would normally fix this for that session.
Next a second account on the device couldn't select a boundary, it would come up with an error message and would force a reboot selection.
Having done a system restore when I add a second account it won't get past the use another device to finish screen. I spent six hours adding removing and restoring only to get stuck in this screen. I have tried all the making sure the headset is in sleep mode before entering the eight digit code suggestions. If I try to use the app I get to the point it asks for six digit code but I can't do anything in the headset to get the code, if I get the pair code from my side then enter it into the app I reports an error saying the device is linked to another account.
Seriously since getting the Quest 3 I have never encountered such a mess on to set anything up.
Having spent over four hours last night chatting to support via the WhatsApp, they wanted me to return the headset??
The quest experience has been terrible, dead pixel in new headset, a cracked replacement sent and now this, it's a joke. To say I'm not happy is an understatement prior to the update everything was fine.
