I have both a Quest Pro and a Quest 3 and both are running the latest (uk) version of V63 and the bug is the same in both headsets. At random times when selecting the Apps menu from the command bar, the command bar will disappear then re-appear with the message connected to computer as it does when you first boot up the headset, this will happen at least 4 or 5 times within an hours use of the headsets.

Hey @Moriarti4! Thanks for taking the time to post your PTC issue on the forums, I'd love to flag this internally for our teams further review.
So they can have the proper information, can you please let me know the following:
02-26-2024 09:29 AM
1. 63.0.0.146.363.566760361
2.63.0.0.150.361
3. None found
4. Don't know how to upload to you tube or download the video to my PC ?
5. This so far only happens on Native haven't tried PCVR
So far as far as I can see v63 has added nothing and caused lots of issues, i've also noticed the menus and windows in the home environment are jumpy and glitch very unstable and opening and closing windows is very juddering.

Thanks for getting this over so quickly! As for getting the video from your headset onto the PC, I'd recommend checking this article here which has the proper file transfer steps for both MacOS and Windows.
With that being said, I'll also be letting them know about the menus and windows in the home environment.

I've managed to email the video to myself so I now have it on my pc but where do I send it ? You said You tube but where on You tube ? (Stupid that you can't attach a video on here considering Meta is a media company!!!!??)

For YouTube, you can upload it to your YouTube account and set the video to public so that everyone is able to see it. Afterwards let me know what the video link is and I'll pass it along to our internal team.

Hey @Moriarti4! Our internal team has gotten back to me and they've let me know that they seem to be unable to reproduce the issue on their end. They're wanting me to ask if you are able to opt out of the PTC to see if the issue still happens on the headsets by any chance? If it does, let me know and I'll pass the information along!

I would gladly opt out of the PTC if that would help, but until your internal team fix the problem with not being able to roll back to a previous version of the software there is very little point trying (Yes i've tried and the software numbers stay the same!) Just read half the posts on the V63 PTC thread about not being able to roll back!! I would be able to help a lot more if someone would tell us what has changed from v62 to v63 and there I might be able to pin point where the issue might be coming from, and as i've stated it isn't my headset as the issue is on both my Quest 3 and Quest Pro which is has slightly different hardware and the common factor is the same software! (BTW I'm an engineer and solving breakdowns and issues is what I do for a living!)
