V68/PTC69 missing Contrast Adaptive Brightness Control option

This feature was mentioned briefly in the V68 release notes, alongside others like Meta AI, and while all other features in the list seem to have rolled out, Contrast Adaptive Brightness Control is conspicuously absent. No Quest 3 owners I have spoken to, running either V68 or PTC69, have seen the option themselves either.

Is it getting some more time to test it internally? Is the rollout for this feature just especially, unusually slow for some reason? Figures it's the one feature on the list that interested me at all.

yea, adaptive brightness control could be a nice feature for some dark low contrast sceenes with no highlights that need full brightness.  

adaptive brightness control was announced for v68, now i am und v69ptc but every time i am looking for it, it is not there 😕

Okay, so I have an explanation for the last Experimental setting. Microsoft just released their Windows app, which you can supposedly in the future use to stream your desktop to your headset. You need a work/school account to log in so if someone has that it'd be nice if you could test it out.

I’ve been strung along like this before once already, weeks with no real answers and then it turns out “oh, working as intended, we abandoned that without saying anything, sorry for the inconvenience.”

Until proven otherwise, at this point, I will assume the feature was abandoned before even launching, again with no word of why. Which is a shame, because I was looking forward to it.
