As you are experiencing a couple of issues following the latest update, we will try and tackle each individually.
To troubleshoot any problems you are experiencing with hand tracking could you please ensure the following:
The other issues you are reporting may be linked to your existing tracking problems however, if the controller troubleshooting does not work or it does not fix the other issues you are facing, we would recommend performing a 'Hard Reboot' of the device.
To Hard Reboot the device;
