Hi,
I’m new to VR development and currently working on a project using Unreal Engine. I own both the Quest Pro and Quest 3, but the issue only appears on the Quest Pro.
In the attached image, you can see a strange artifact in the top right corner of the screen. The screenshot was taken on the PC while the headset was connected via Air Link or a cable. The issue persists regardless of the connection method. The VR game was developed in Unreal Engine following the recommended setup from the Meta forums and documentation. The issue does not occur when running the same app on the Quest 3.
I have already tried factory resetting and several other troubleshooting steps, but nothing has resolved the problem.
Thank you in advance!

It sounds like you're dealing with a really frustrating issue with your Quest Pro! 😕 Since the artifact only appears on the Quest Pro and not on the Quest 3, it might be something specific to the Quest Pro hardware or a software-related issue. Have you checked for any firmware or driver updates that could address this problem? It's great that you’ve followed the recommended setup, but sometimes these quirks can still slip through the cracks. Hopefully, Meta will release a fix soon, but if the problem persists, you might want to contact their support directly for more targeted troubleshooting. Good luck, and I hope you get it sorted soon! 🤞 🙂
