VR - Asgard wrath 2 in "THE LAST HOPE" crash and went to home on meta quest 3

I would appreciate your help please, I played this game, everything was fine, then when I got to "THE LAST HOPE" suddenly the game crashed and brought me back home. I tried resetting the game's data, turning the glasses off and on again, turning Wi-Fi off and on again,And I tried to enter from another user. None of these things helped. I would appreciate help from anyone who knows. I would also like to inform Meta and the creators of the game, if anyone knows how to contact them I would be happy, thanks in advance for the help.

I personally do not have any contact details for the developers of Asgard's Wrath 2 however, the dev team Sanzaru Games, Inc. have a public website you can find here!

They are committed to enhancing the user experience and would be more than happy to look into this for you.

If this issue is occurring across multiple apps however I would recommend getting in touch with support here!

Thanks for the help, I tried to contact the creator of the game and he doesn't answer me, is there another way to solve it?

Hey there,

Unfortunately the link which was previously provided is the only way to contact the devs as far as I am aware, hopefully they will get back to you soon.

Another option to try I did not see you mention would be to uninstall and reinstall the game, going from previous user experiences reinstalling it from the store rather than from the apps window seems more likely to lead to a fix.

I hope you are able to get back into enjoying Asgard's wrath without further hassle soon enough!

You're at the beginning of the game, right?......so I don't think you can roll back the game.

But you can check if there's a rollback point already. You can find it in the game under "credits".

If there isn't one..... what happens if you start over with a new save place(there are 3 or 5 of them)?

Does it crash again?

I did a run of the game for one save before, and I played again and got to the same point and it crashed again

And I also played a new game in a different slot and didn't work
