VR HEADSET SAYS ITS PAUSED!?!?

My son has been using his VR headset fine for a whole year now when he tries to play his normal games it's saying it's not signed in I checked the Wi-Fi it's signed into the Wi-Fi but for some reason it's telling me to sign in to some network when I click on it to try to sign in it's telling me that the device has been paused and I've never positive myself nor do I even know how to pause it so I'm trying to figure out what's going on and how we can begin using our  Meta quest VR headsets

Which VR headset?  Your thread label says Samsung Gear VR.  If that's the case that headset has been unsupported for a very long time and it's probably time to upgrade to at least a new $199 Quest 2.  Otherwise, contact Meta support I guess.
